Halloween treat bag #3

This one is for Samuel -- more of a scary scene but I think he can handle it. He's eight and probably has seen a lot worse, but Grandma wants to shield his eyes, if you know what I mean.

I used a panel fabric so had some choices of pictures. (I left behind the skeletons, tombstones and green witches -- maybe next year.) I used one for the front and one for the back. The pumpkin panel (which I think of as the front) is attached to black Kona (top and bottom) and the whole thing is quilted to batting only. I did a wavy stitch on the black and side purple parts and only followed the pumpkin outline, eyes, nose and mouth with a straight stitch.

The back is quilted by following the moon outline and the spider web.

The bag finished at 11" tall x 13 1/4" wide x 4" deep (the bottom is entirely black).
